Welcome to Marriotts Ridge High School. The Marriotts Ridge Boosters Club is continuing a Corporate Sponsor program that was initiated last year to provide funding for our school's many academic, performing arts, and athletic endeavors. Last year, through our Corporate Sponsor program, we received donations of over $20,000 from local businesses who were dedicated to showing our students what it means to be a community leader. This money went directly into our Boosters Club treasury and provided the initial start-up funding for many extracurricular academic clubs, performing arts groups, and athletic teams.
The upcoming school year is upon us and requests for funds through the Boosters Club are many. We received funding requests from twenty different clubs and ten different sport teams. The requests include such items as: Costumes for our Singing Madrigals, Literary Magazine production, chess boards for the Chess team, bins for our Recycling Club, competition fees for the Cross Country Team, the Wrestling Team and Technology Club, portable fences for Softball, goals for Soccer and stage lights for the auditorium. Here's a little known fact; the county school system funds Performing Arts at a rate of $1,000 per program. That will only cover about seven percent of the Performing Arts Budget, due in part to the high start up cost for programs like the Marching Band and Orchestra. So as you can imagine, we, the MRHS Boosters Club with the help of partners like you, have our fund raising work cut out for us.
This year we are pleased to announce a special recognition opportunity for our Corporate Sponsors. For our higher level sponsors, banner(s) will be prominently displayed on our new outdoor sport fence(s) with your name and logo (see sponsorship level benefit details below).

In addition to the benefits listed above, we would like to offer our Corporate Sponsors the opportunity to purchase banner ads on the Home Page of the MRHS Boosters Club web site. Discounts will be offered to our new Corporate Sponsors on or about September 22nd and is exclusively for Corporate Sponsors. We will also be offering our Corporate Sponsors first rights of refusal to any additional advertising spots that the Boosters Club controls and/or influences, such as Sports Programs and the Mustang Madness Program. While it is not our intention to ask you again and again for financial support, this is being offered in response to those Corporate Sponsors who have expressed interest in additional advertising opportunities.
Sponsorships received by September 22nd will be placed on the corporate sponsor banner that will be presented at our Homecoming football game. Invitations will be sent out to all of our sponsors to join us on that date. Sponsorships received after the 22nd may be included on a future banner.
